Try it together

  1. Offer to sit nearby or cuddle, following your child’s preference.
  2. Hum a short, familiar tune at a comfortable volume.
  3. Pause and listen. Repeat if they seem interested, or enjoy the quiet together.

Follow their little lead.

There’s no need to sing along or stay still. Let your child choose how close they want to be.

Read the idea, then put the screen aside. You can stop whenever your child is ready.
